Troubleshooting

Use this section when something does not work as expected in Buktor Pro.

Cannot sign in

  • Confirm the email or username is correct.
  • Check that the password is entered correctly.
  • Use Forgot Password? if you cannot remember the password.
  • Contact support if the account is locked or inactive.

Appointments are not showing

  • Check the selected date.
  • Clear any active filters such as Visited, Not Visited, or Remaining.
  • Confirm that the appointment was created successfully.
  • Refresh the page or sign in again if the list does not update.

Patients cannot book a slot

  • Confirm working hours are configured for the selected day.
  • Check whether the day is marked as a holiday.
  • Make sure the service is active and bookable.
  • Review booking window settings in General Settings.

Token calling is not working as expected

  • Confirm appointments exist for the selected date.
  • Check the token start number in General Settings.
  • Make sure the device volume is enabled if voice calling is used.
  • Refresh the page before starting token calling for the day.

WhatsApp or WABA setup issues

  • Confirm business details match the submitted documents.
  • Make sure the business website is active and includes the legal business name.
  • Use a business email address linked to the company domain when possible.
  • Review Meta Business Verification for setup guidance.
