Leads

Use Leads to track enquiries and potential patients before they become appointments. WhatsApp enquiries received through the connected WhatsApp channel will also be received as leads.

Manage leads

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Tap Leads.
  3. Review the leads list.
  4. Use search or filters to find a lead quickly when available.
  5. Open a lead to view the submitted details.
  6. Review the lead name, phone number, source, notes, and status when shown.
  7. Update the lead information when required.
  8. Add notes or lead source details if available.
  9. Convert the lead into an appointment when the patient is ready to book.
  10. Save the changes.

Use lead details while creating an appointment

  1. Open Create Appointment.
  2. Enter or select the lead information when lead fields are enabled.
  3. Add notes if required.
  4. Complete the appointment details.
  5. Tap Create.
  6. Confirm the lead information is attached to the appointment record.
