Reminder Log

Use Reminder Log to review successful and failed reminder messages.

View reminder log

1. Open the main menu.
2. Expand System Tools.
3. Tap Reminder Log.
4. Use the Success tab to view successful reminder entries.
5. Use the Failed tab to view failed reminder entries.
6. Review the patient or phone information.
7. Review the reminder message.
8. Check the date and time shown on the right.
9. Investigate entries that show Unknown Phone or No message.
10. Update phone number, template, or message settings if reminders fail.
