What is Buktor?

Buktor Pro is a healthcare appointment management platform for doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams. It helps manage appointments, schedules, services, reminders, token calling, feedback, and patient communication.

How do I create an account?

Open Buktor Pro and tap Sign Up or Get Started. Complete the registration form, then sign in to access your dashboard.

How do I sign in?

Open Buktor Pro, tap Sign In, and enter your registered credentials. See Sign In for details.

How do I add or edit services?

Go to Services, then add or update the service name, duration, price, description, and status. See Services.

How do I set working hours?

Open Working Hours, choose the days you are available, and set your start and end time. See Working Hours.

How do I mark holidays?

Open Holidays, select the date, and save the holiday. See Holidays.

How do I manage appointments?

Use the Appointments section to view bookings, check appointment details, and manage patient flow. See Appointment Management.

How do I use token calling?

Open the token calling page on the appointment day to call patients and mark attendance. See Token Calling.

How do I switch between light and dark mode?

Use the Appearance selector in the sidebar to switch between light and dark mode.
