Use Message Settings to configure message languages, WhatsApp/Twilio connection, patient notifications, and app notification preferences.

Configure message settings

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Expand Settings.
  3. Tap Message Settings.
  4. Review Message Languages.
  5. Tap Add Language to add another language.
  6. Review the WhatsApp Business Account section.
  7. Tap Connect Chazt if WhatsApp is not connected.
  8. Review the Twilio Account section.
  9. Tap Purchase if Twilio is required.
  10. Choose SMS, WhatsApp, or Call for appointment confirmation notifications.
  11. Choose SMS, WhatsApp, or Call for missed appointment messages.
  12. Choose SMS, WhatsApp, or Call for appointment delay messages.
  13. Choose SMS, WhatsApp, or Call for doctor schedule or holiday changes.
  14. Choose SMS, WhatsApp, or Call for follow-up care messages.
  15. Choose SMS, WhatsApp, or Call for reminders.
  16. Enable app notification toggles when required.
  17. Tap Save Changes.
