Appointments

Use Appointments to create, search, filter, and manage patient bookings.

Create an appointment

Create appointment screen
  1. Open Appointments from the main menu or the bottom navigation.
  2. Tap the + button to open Create Appointment.
  3. Select or confirm the appointment date.
  4. Review the available time slots for the selected date.
  5. Choose an available time slot. The number on the right side of each slot shows the available capacity.
  6. Select Appointment Mode.
  7. Choose Call or Walk-In.
  8. Select the patient type: New Patient or Existing Patient.
  9. For a new patient, enter the patient Full Name.
  10. Select or confirm the country code.
  11. Enter the patient Phone Number.
  12. When additional fields are enabled, enter Age, Gender, Notes, and Lead details.
  13. Review all entered appointment details.
  14. Tap Create to save the appointment.
  15. Tap the arrow beside Create only when additional create actions are available.
  16. Tap Cancel to leave without creating the appointment.

Appointment list

  1. Open Appointments from the main menu.
  2. Review the summary card at the top.
  3. Check Today's Appointments.
  4. Check Upcoming Appointments.
  5. Check Total Appointments.
  6. Use Search to find appointments by patient name or appointment information.
  7. Tap the calendar icon to filter by date.
  8. Tap the filter icon to open filters.
  9. Tap the three-dot menu for more actions.
  10. Review each appointment card.
  11. Check the patient name.
  12. Check the location.
  13. Check the service or doctor.
  14. Check the appointment date and time.
  15. Check the booking or call time shown on the card.
  16. Use the patient/action icons on the card to open details or actions.

Filter appointments

  1. Open Appointments.
  2. Tap the filter icon.
  3. Under Select Category, choose one or more categories such as Dental, Paediatric Dept, or Surgeon.
  4. Under Select service, choose the required service or doctor such as Dr. Megha or Dr Akhin.
  5. Under Select Mode, choose one or more modes: WhatsApp, Walk-In, Call, or Web.
  6. Tap Apply to apply the selected filters.
  7. Tap Clear All to remove all selected filters.
  8. Tap Cancel to close the filter panel without applying changes.
