Token Calling

Use Token to manage the live patient queue, call the next patient, and mark patient attendance during the consultation flow.

Call a token and mark attendance

  1. Open Token from the bottom navigation.
  2. Confirm the selected date shown at the top.
  3. Check the current Token number.
  4. Check the appointment time slot shown below the token.
  5. Confirm the patient name.
  6. Tap Details to view patient or appointment details.
  7. Tap Follow-up to create or manage a follow-up appointment.
  8. Tap the speaker button to call or announce the token.
  9. Use the consultation/attendance action to mark the patient as visited after the patient is handled.
  10. Review the number of patients remaining.
  11. Review the average time per patient.
  12. Tap the + button to add a new appointment or quick action.
  13. Tap Appointments to return to the appointment list.

Token filters

  1. Open the token or appointment timeline view.
  2. Tap the filter icon.
  3. Turn Show Time Slot Labels on or off.
  4. Turn Show Start Time Only on or off.
  5. Select All to show all patients.
  6. Select Visited to show completed patients.
  7. Select Not visited to show patients not marked visited.
  8. Select Remaining to show patients still waiting.
  9. Tap Apply.
  10. Tap Clear All to reset filters.
  11. Tap Cancel to close without applying.
