Message Templates

Use Message Templates to manage WhatsApp, voice, and SMS template content.

View templates

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Expand Settings.
  3. Tap Message Templates.
  4. Review the template list.
  5. Check the template purpose, such as cancel, slot full, no appointment, feedback, upload document, or feedback success.
  6. Check the available channels on each template card.
  7. Tap a template to open and update it.
  8. Tap the + button to add a new template.

Update a template

  1. Open a template.
  2. Review the Template Name.
  3. Review or update the Purpose.
  4. Select the Channel: WhatsApp, Voice, or SMS.
  5. Select the Language.
  6. Edit the Message.
  7. Use variables such as patient name, formatted date, and formatted time.
  8. Tap Add Variable to insert supported variables.
  9. Check the character count.
  10. Tap Update to save.
  11. Tap Cancel to leave without saving.
