Hold Slots & Tokens

Use Hold Slots & Tokens to block selected slots or token occurrences from being booked by patients.

Create a hold

1. Open the main menu.
2. Expand Calendar.
3. Tap Hold Slots & Tokens.
4. Tap the + button or open Create Hold Slots & Tokens.
5. Tap Select a date and choose the date.
6. Enter the Number of Occurrences if the hold should repeat.
7. Select Slots to hold time slots.
8. Select Tokens to hold token numbers instead of full slots.
9. Under Available Time Slots, select the slots to block or hold.
10. If no slots are available, confirm the selected date and schedule settings.
11. Enter a Blocked Reason if needed.
12. Tap Create when the required slots or tokens are selected.
13. Tap Cancel to leave without saving.
